Why quit smoking?
The National Health Service states that one in five deaths in the over 35 year old category are caused by smoking. Long-term smokers die prematurely due to smoking related diseases.
Benefits of quitting include:

- After three – nine months your breathing will improve and you will no longer cough or wheeze.
- After a year you reduce the risk of a heart attack.
Hypnotherapy and smoking cessation
Our hypnotherapist Marie will work with the patient to change their mind set about cigarettes and nicotine. It is sometimes the link between drinking, smoking and eating which deters people from quitting or is the catalyst for people returning to smoking after they have quit.
What can you expect in your sessions?
A combination of NLP and hypnotherapy will be used to ensure the patient understands and changes their own behaviour. During the hypnotherapy session, the unconscious mind will be reached and suggestions of more positive, healthier choices will be made and therefore a healthier life-style.
During a one, two hour session, Marie will work with you and your unconscious mind to make the changes to a newer, better and healthier you.
