I have recently had several appointments with Mr Ian Taylor at The Dental Spa and I must say that I have enjoyed every visit with confidence. A genuine professional gentleman with a very pleasant personality assisted by a very efficient nurse. A gentleman that listens to you first and your needs and then gives his professional advice. My experiences in the past have been with NHS dentists, dentures have never been satisfactory, one impression, and back come your dentures, resulting in bad fitting dentures. Sadly, no satisfactory aftercare service. Now, after my patient care with Ian Taylor for new dentures, what a wonderful experience. Attention to detail and your satisfaction is his priority. Nothing too much trouble and always listens to you first and then puts the matter right. He certainly is not a happy person until his patient is 100% happy. I must also say, after care service, excellent. From the time that you enter The Dental Spa you are greeted with a smile and respect, a very kind and happy reception team. I would recommend a visit to anyone if in need of dental treatment of any sort, excellent. A very happy, satisfied and grateful patient. Thank you to you all.
