Emergency cover for patients of The Dental Spa and The Skin Clinic

For general and cosmetic dental patients

If you have a severe dental emergency during the week Monday to Friday, please call a Patient Advisor on 01743 34 34 33 in the first instance. It is advisable to call as soon as possible in the day to manage the problem as efficiently as possible.

If your severe dental emergency occurs out of normal hours then please call the practice and the details of the on-call dentist will be issued directly to you.

The Referral Clinic

If you have a concern about your orthodontic treatment or your dental implant, please call the practice in opening hours to speak to the clinic coordinator.

If you are a patient of The Skin Clinic and you have a concern, please call during opening hours and speak to a Patient Advisor. They will assess if you need to see a member of our skin team or whether it is a matter for your own GP.

Emergency cover for non-patients of The Dental Spa and The Skin Clinic

We are happy to take non-registered patients with a severe dental emergency during our opening hours. Please call 01743 34 34 33 and one of our friendly Patient Advisors will help you.

Naturally we do have to ensure that there emergency spaces for our registered patients, however we will endeavour, where possible, to allocate you some surgery time on the day that you call.  The sooner you call in the day the more chance we have of being able to accommodate your request.
