Dear Ian

I wanted to thank you for an excellent service, second to none, and for providing explanations of what I could expect.

After being fed up with putting my hand in front of my face when talking or laughing (after my teeth shot out and my grandchildren thought it was hysterically very funny) or waking up in the morning and finding I had no bottom teeth as they had fallen out into the bed during the night and asking the wife to move over in case she was lying on them. It was eating out that became a constant problem as I could only eat fish instead of steak that I felt enough was enough.

I searched the internet and found you, a denture care plan that clearly explained what you were offering. This appeared to be the place for me.

On my first visit I was immediately put at ease and it was explained what could be done for me. Three visits later and I walked out of the practice with the biggest grin, great fitting teeth and confidence that no more teeth would shoot out when laughing, no more thrills for the wife searching the bed for my teeth and steak all the way.
