Reception TeamMaddy holds a Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Therapy as well as a Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Beauty Therapy. She is passionate about patient care and finds the most rewarding part of her role is working closely with patients, supporting them, and contributing to a positive experience. Maddy values being part of a strong, supportive team and takes pride in helping others. She has been working at the practice since February 2026. Outside of work, she enjoys socialising, walking, cooking, and going to the gym.
